Born in Cluj - Romania, he graduated from the Music High School in his hometown, then he studied canto with his father, a soloist at the National Opera in Cluj. After a period of time as a member of the Opera Choir in Constanta (2001 - 2002 ), he became in 2002 a soloist with the National Opera in Bucharest. So far he has approached roles of less importance in operas by Donizetti, Verdi, Mozart, Bizet. In the most recent production of Enescu 's Oedipe , in 2003, he performed the part of Laios.
