Popescu, directed by Laurian Oniga, Andrei Serban, Niky Wolcz, Ca ta lina Buzoianu, Tudor Ma ra scu, Radu Beligan, Traian Ailenei, Horea Popescu, Mihai Manolescu, Alexandru Tocilescu, Vlad Mugur, Grigore Gonta, Felix Alexa, Serghei Cerkaski. He has also directed movies and adverts for television in Lausanne - Switzerland. His attraction towards pantomime was materialised in shows under his own direction, presented in theatres in Boto sani, Bucharest, European Cultural Centre. They have been widely applauded in Vienna, Leipzig, Jena, Oldenburg, Thun, St. Croix, Novi Sad, Venice, Budapest, Sofia, Lisbon, Phenian, New York, Chicago, Toronto, Montreal. He had the major part in a Romanian - Serbian production directed by Maria Marek. Since 2001 he has been a Honorary Member of the National Theatre in Bucharest.
